Our emails keep going to spam. Is that the website?
Almost never the website itself. It is nearly always missing email authentication, meaning SPF, DKIM and DMARC records that tell the world which servers are allowed to send as you. Without them your mail looks suspicious and anyone can spoof your address. That is the £175 job and it usually takes about an hour.
Will you disappear like the last person did?
A fair worry given what you have been through. Two things make it less painful if I ever do. Everything is registered in your name, not mine, so you can hand it to anyone.
