Helpdesk, Microsoft 365, security and websites for South Wales businesses of one to ten people. The big IT companies do not want you; I built my business for you. Fixed prices, no contracts, and when you call, I answer.
Is your website quietly
losing you customers?
Type your address. I'll check its security, email protection and Google visibility on the spot, in plain English.
Four things I hear every week
from small businesses.
“When something breaks, we don’t know who to call.”
The printer, the email, the till, the Wi-Fi. Every small business has tech holding it together and most have nobody responsible for it. So it falls on whoever is least busy.
“The IT companies won’t take us. We’re too small.”
Most managed IT providers want ten seats and a twelve-month contract before they pick up the phone. A three-person firm is not worth their onboarding. It is exactly who I built this for.
“Someone sent emails pretending to be us.”
Spoofed emails con your customers in your name. Most small-business domains are wide open to it, and the owner never finds out until a customer calls about an invoice that was never sent.
“We pay for Microsoft 365 but nobody set it up properly.”
Shared passwords, no backups, files on one laptop, licences nobody uses. You are paying for a professional setup and running it like a personal Hotmail account. Easily fixed.
These are the problems I fix. Quickly, for a price agreed up front, explained in words you’d actually use.
Everything an IT department does,
sized for a small business.
Stay running
Your tech handled, so you can run the business.
Computers, email, Wi-Fi, printers, backups: the everyday IT that quietly holds your business together. On the monthly plan I keep it patched, backed up and working, and when something breaks you call me and it gets fixed, remotely or in person. No ticket queue, no contract.
Work anywhere
Microsoft 365 set up properly, owned by you.
Business email on your own domain, shared files, calendars and Teams, set up correctly with backups and sensible security. Licences are billed by Microsoft in your name, so you own everything. No reseller lock-in, ever.
Sleep easy
Nobody trades on your name behind your back.
A plain-English check of your business covering passwords, email and website, with three priority fixes ranked by what matters. Plus email security that stops anyone sending mail dressed up as you.
Look the part
A web presence that wins local customers.
A custom-built website, live in five working days, and a Google Business Profile set up properly so locals actually find you. Built and secured by the same person who runs the rest of your IT.
Three steps. No
runaround in sight.
Twenty minutes, free, no pitch. You tell me what you need; I tell you honestly whether I can help and what it’ll cost. Often that’s the whole answer.
Five working days from the brief. You see the site before it goes live and change anything you like. No portals, no ticket queue. You talk to me.
Your site launches. Thirty days of aftercare come with it: something breaks, I fix it the same day, at no charge.
You've got three
options. Here's the truth.
| What you get | Typical MSP | Doing it yourself | SwanseaTech |
|---|---|---|---|
| Minimum size they’ll take | Often 10+ staff | It’s all on you | From 1 person |
| Monthly cost for a 4-person firm | £300–£600+ | “Free”, plus your weekends | £140 |
| Who you actually deal with | A ticket queue | YouTube tutorials | Me. Directly. |
| Microsoft 365 licences | Locked in their tenant | Set up half-right | In your name. You own it. |
| Locked into a contract | Usually 12 months | No help at all | Never |
Managed IT providers earn their fees on bigger firms, and they are good at it. If you have thirty staff, hire one. If you have three, they don't really want you. I do.
Built for
South Wales.
Opening up shop?
Do it properly, once.
A new business needs a website. It also needs to not get hacked on day one. Most providers do one or the other. This does both, set up right, in less time than an agency takes to send a quote.

The things people
ask me most.
Anything I haven't covered? Ask me directly. You'll get an honest answer, not a sales pitch.
Ask a questionNo. You are exactly who this is for. Most managed IT providers want ten seats and a twelve-month contract before they will take you on. I built this business for the one-to-ten person firms they turn away: the cafe, the trades firm, the small practice. From one person upwards.
The day-to-day: helpdesk by phone and email in business hours with same-day response, updates and patching kept on top of, your Microsoft 365 managed, and backups checked. Bigger one-off jobs, like an office move or a migration, get their own fixed quote up front. It rolls monthly and you can cancel any month.
No, and I think that matters. I set everything up in your name and Microsoft bills you directly at their standard prices. You own the whole setup. If you ever stop working with me, you lose nothing. Plenty of IT providers keep the licences in their own name so leaving is painful. I will not do that.
A fair question, and I would ask it too. Everything I set up is documented, owned by you, and built on standard platforms, so any competent IT person could pick it up tomorrow. That is deliberate. For planned time off, clients get notice and an emergency route. What you lose in a big helpdesk you gain in someone who actually knows your setup.
Not a thing. That's the whole point. I explain everything in plain English, handle the technical side myself, and hand you something that just works. If you can send an email, you can work with me.
Yes. Every price on this site is the price you pay, agreed in writing before I start. Support is £35 per person monthly or £60 an hour. A website is £650. No hourly billing surprises, no "scope creep", no invoice you didn't expect.
Yes. A custom five-page site is £650, live in five working days, with 30 days of aftercare. It is one service on the list rather than the whole business: most clients start with IT support or a security check and add the website when they are ready.
I'm based in Swansea and work with businesses across South Wales: Cardiff, Newport, Bridgend, Neath, the Gower and everywhere between. Most support happens remotely, but I'm on site when it matters and happy to meet locally for the initial chat.
One person. Ten years of
enterprise experience.
I spent ten years in enterprise IT and cybersecurity before deciding South Wales businesses deserved the same standard, without the agency price tag or the runaround.
I'm not a helpdesk reading a script, and I'm not a website builder who dabbles in IT. I ran this kind of infrastructure, and secured it, for organisations far bigger than yours. A five-person firm is not a stretch; it's a pleasure.
When you call, I pick up. When something goes wrong, I fix it. No account manager, no ticket, no waiting. Just a person in Swansea who knows what they're doing.
