Your IT handled: helpdesk by phone and email in business hours, updates and patching, Microsoft 365 managed, backups checked. Same-day response to support requests. Rolling monthly, cancel on 30 days written notice.
IT & tech support
Pay as you go. Computers, email, Wi-Fi, printers, backups, remote or on site across South Wales. One-hour minimum, then billed by the half hour.
Microsoft 365 setup
Business email on your domain, files, calendars and Teams, set up properly with backups and MFA. Licences billed by Microsoft in your name: you own everything. Priced in tiers so you pay for the job you actually have.

- £150: fresh tenant, 1 to 3 mailboxes, no migration, MFA and standard security baseline
- Plus £40 per mailbox: additional fresh mailboxes beyond the first three
- Plus £75 to £100 per mailbox: migrating existing mail instead of starting fresh, from Exchange, Google Workspace or IMAP
- Plus £150 flat: advanced security beyond the MFA baseline, meaning Conditional Access, DLP and device compliance
- Quoted separately: above 10 users, or any hybrid or on-premise Exchange environment
Cybersecurity health check
A plain-English audit of MFA, passwords, email and your website. You get a written report with three priority fixes ranked by what matters.
Email security setup
DMARC, DKIM and SPF configured for your domain. Stops anyone spoofing your address. About an hour’s work.
Website build
Up to 5 pages, custom-built, mobile-first and SEO-ready. Live in 5 working days with 30 days of aftercare. Hosting and care is £99 a month if you want it handled, listed below.
